Removing accessory drive belts and tensioners
In order to remove the alternator, fan and A/C compressor belts, do the following (see Fig. 1):
Cylinder Block Disassembly
Remove the sleeves (650.1002021) using tools 1230 + 2334 (see Fig. 1)
Removing the electronic control unit (ECU)
Disconnect intermediate harness (1) (650.3724014), engine sensor harness (2) (650.3724012) and injector harness (3) (650.3724010) from the electronic control unit.
Before you doubt the quality of the turbocharger, you need to make sure that the engine and other units are in good condition
Removing the fan drive (see Fig. 1)
Remove the front harness bracket (2) (650.3724142) by unscrewing the fastening bolt and nut
ABS control diagnostics by light codes of a MAZ car
Enter diagnostic mode
In order to control the system using light flashing codes, you must:
Control diagnostics of the MAZ air suspension system using flashing light codes
If there are difficulties in identifying a malfunction, it is necessary to carry out a diagnostic check of the system using flashing light codes
