Repair of the YaMZ-650 cylinder block

Disassembling the cylinder block

Remove the liners (650.1002021) using tools 1230 + 2334 (see Fig. 1)

  1. Removal and installation of the ECU unit and harnesses of the YaMZ-650 engine
  2. Removal and installation of the YaMZ-650 turbocharger
  3. Removal and installation of the YaMZ-650 camshaft
  4. Removal and installation of the YaMZ-650 fan drive
  5. Lubrication system YaMZ-650
