Dismantling and assembling the cylinder head
Remove the cylinder head only to troubleshoot parts of the cylinder-piston group, cylinder head gasket, valves, or to replace the head itself
You will need: a hex wrench “6”, heads “12”, “13”, “14”, a small chisel, a hammer
Drain the engine oil and coolant, remove the mudguard and accessory drive belt
Checking and adjusting the valve clearance must be done on a cold engine (coolant temperature 20˚С ± 5°С), with the cylinder head installed on the block
Install the driven coupling half (Fig. 1, 2) on the advance clutch (damper clutch) and fasten with bolts
