Power steering pump for MAZ vehicle with flow and pressure valve
The NSh-32U gear pump consists of a housing 6 (Fig. 1) and two gears placed in it: driving 7 and driven 9, rotating in bronze bushings
Adjusting the central gearbox
Adjust with the gearbox removed in the following sequence:
Installing cylinder heads, valve rocker arms and adjusting valve clearances
The cylinder head mounting studs are screwed into the right and left rows of the cylinder block, having previously lubricated the threaded holes for the studs in the block with diesel oil
The service life of the engine depends on the timely and thorough lubrication, as well as on the grade and quality of the oils and greases used
The cylinder head is a one-piece gray cast iron and is attached to the block with studs screwed into the block
Schemes for switching on lighting devices are shown in fig. 1 and 2
The gearbox assembly is carried out in three stages: assembly of the drive shaft and drive shaft bearing cover, intermediate and driven shafts, gearbox top cover, remote gear shift mechanism, oil pump, general assembly of the gearbox and testing
