Improving the control of the gas pedal ZIL-5301
Structurally, the gas pedal on the ZIL-5301 is very rigid.
The pedal is controlled by rods.
Maintenance of the heater is divided into the following types:
- - daily maintenance (DM);
Features of the cardan transmission of the ZIL-5301 vehicle
ZIL vehicles are equipped with an open cardan transmission with cardan shaft joints on needle bearings.
The cardan shafts are made of a drawn thin-walled pipe welded from cold-rolled tape
Pressure plate
The thickness of the disc body, measured by the boss of the fastening of the paired tangential spring plates - 25.74 ÷ 26.26 mm.
The difference in sizes within one part should not be more than 0.21 mm.
Assembly of the pressure plate should be carried out in the reverse order of disassembly, on an auxiliary flywheel used as a device, placing a steel disk with a diameter of 300 mm and a thickness of 9.8 mm under the clutch pressure plate to adjust the position of the levers
Assembly and adjustment of the ZIL-5301 pneumatic hydraulic booster
Assembly of the PGU is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
Lubricate the rubber seals of the piston rod and the surface (see Fig. 1) with NG-213 TU 38.101.129-75 liquid.
