The Gazelle family of trucks, cargo-passenger vehicles, and passenger buses (buses) are two-axle vehicles with dual rear wheels, a frame structure, and a semi-bonneted cab. The engine is located longitudinally in the front of the cab. Drive is to the rear wheels or (in the 4x4 version) to all four wheels.
The cylinder block is cast from aluminum alloy and is integral with the upper part of the crankcase.
The block has a water jacket cavity that is open upward, into which cast iron sleeves are inserted with support in the bottom of this cavity
