Replacement of exhaust pipes with engines ZMZ-4025, ZMZ-4061, 4026, ZMZ-4063
It is more convenient to work together on an inspection ditch or a lift.
Remove the engine mudguard and exhaust system resonator.
Using a 14mm socket, unscrew the locknuts and nuts securing the intake pipes to the manifold.
One of the nuts can only be unscrewed with a 14mm spanner.
Using keys “12” and “13”, unscrew the bolt securing the exhaust pipes to the gearbox bracket
Using a 13mm wrench, unscrew the two nuts of the clamp securing the exhaust pipe to the resonator.
Disconnect the pipe from the manifold.
Remove the gasket from the manifold studs
When installing pipes, we replace the gasket.
We recommend painting the entire exhaust system with heat-resistant paint on the outside.

Disconnect the wiring harness of the oxygen concentration sensor (lambda probe)
Holding the bolts from turning, unscrew the nuts of the two bolts securing the catalytic converter to the exhaust pipe and remove the bolts.
Unscrew the converter from the exhaust pipe, remove the gasket
Unscrew the four nuts securing the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold
Remove the exhaust pipe
Remove the gasket
Install the parts in reverse order
