Requirements for the ZIL-5301 timing mechanism parts
The timing mechanism consists of a camshaft, intake and exhaust valves, as well as parts for their installation and drive: tappets, rods, rocker arms, adjusting screws with nuts, plates with crackers, springs, struts and rocker arm shafts
The fuel supply drive device is shown in Fig. 1.
The drive can be disassembled and assembled in any sequence.
When assembling the drive, it must be adjusted in the following order:
Removal and inspection of springs of the ZIL-5301 vehicle
Dismantling the front and rear springs is carried out in the same sequence
When buying rear hubs for a car, you need to consider that there are old-style and new-style hubs.
