
Removing the front wheel drives
We carry out the work on an inspection ditch or overpass.
Drain the oil from the gearbox.

To replace the silent block, it is not necessary to remove the beam from the car. We change the silent blocks one by one:
- first one, then the other beam arm.

The gear shift drive consists of a gear shift lever, a ball joint, a rod, a gear selection rod, and gear selection and shift mechanisms

The seals of the inner joints of the drives can be changed without removing the gearbox from the car

Checking the efficiency of the brake system
In accordance with paragraph 1.1 of the "List of malfunctions and conditions under which the operation of vehicles is prohibited", the braking distance of the car with a single press of the brake pedal from a speed of 40 km / h should be no more than 12.2 m

The car has a semi-independent rear suspension, made on an elastic beam with longitudinal arms, cylindrical springs and double-acting telescopic shock absorbers

To disassemble the gear motor, unscrew the screws securing the cover 6 of the gearbox and remove it together with the panel 4 of the limit switch

Automatic transmission electrical circuit checks
Below are general methods for checking the integrity of electrical circuits, checking for short circuits using an ohmmeter and voltmeter.

Steering — trauma-safe, with electric power steering and height-adjustable (tilt angle) steering column

The diagram of the rear window heating system is shown in Fig. 1.
The rear window heating element is switched on by relay K2, installed in the mounting block.

You will need a Phillips-head screwdriver
Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

Set the wheels to the straight-ahead position of the car.
Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

When the master cylinder piston jams (due to corrosion, breakage of the return springs), incomplete release of all wheels may occur
A defect such as a "failure" of the brake pedal may also occur
