Ignition installation ZIL-131

Installing the ignition during engine assembly, as well as on engines from which the distributor and distributor drive have been removed, must be done in the following order:

Crankshaft and flywheel ZIL-131

The crankshaft is steel, with hardened journals, five-bearing, with channels for lubrication and centrifugal traps for cleaning oil, the diameter of the main journal is 75-0.020 mm, and the connecting rod is 65.5-0.020 mm (Fig. 1)

The wheel brakes have two brake shoes with friction linings attached to them.

Fuel pump B-10 ZIL-131

The B10 fuel pump is a diaphragm, sealed, with three outlet and three inlet valves and a lever for manual fuel pumping
