Reinforced version of the ZIL-5301 clutch
Since April 2001, a reinforced version of the clutch has been installed on vehicles.
The damper part of the driven disk has been reinforced: the damper springs are vulcanized with rubber and look like a rubber cylinder

Symptom / Cause of malfunction / Remedy
Clutch slippage, torque is not transmitted from the engine to the transmission:
Thermostat with solid filler, two-valve, type TS-107-04, is located in the outlet pipe of the cylinder head and is connected by hoses to the coolant pump and radiator
Many questions are asked about the installation of the wiring diagram of the ZIL Bychok turn signals.

The valve can be installed to the right of the driver's seat or on the dashboard
A two-section brake valve is used to control the actuators of the vehicle's service brake system. The two-section brake valve is mounted on the front shield of the cabin.
