Adjusting the steering mechanism includes adjusting the propeller bearings and adjusting the engagement of the gear sector and rack nut

Start adjusting the mechanism with the screw bearings in the following sequence:

Checking and adjusting diesel injectors YaMZ

When disconnecting the high pressure fuel line from the injector (except for model 51 injectors), hold the injector fitting with a wrench to prevent it from unscrewing and fuel leakage

MAZ valve clearance adjustment

Thermal clearances in the valve mechanism are designed to ensure a tight fit of the valve on the seat when the valve drive parts expand during engine operation

Removal and installation of the YaMZ-650 cylinder head

Remove the cylinder head cover (650.1003256 - assembled).

Release the injector harness from the bracket brackets

MAZ instrumentation

The cars are equipped with a speedometer, instrument cluster, two-needle pressure indicator, blocks of control and warning lamps, indicators indicating to the driver an extreme condition in a particular system, a set of sensors, switches and switches.

Schemes of the pneumatic drive of the MAZ brakes

A schematic diagram of the pneumatic drive of brakes for three-axle vehicles is shown in Fig. 1, biaxial - in Fig. 2
