Repair Lada Priora
The car has a semi-independent rear suspension, made on an elastic beam with longitudinal arms, cylindrical springs and double-acting telescopic shock absorbers
Remove the gearbox (see "Removing and installing the Lada Priora gearbox")
Clean it from dirt on the outside (do not allow dirt to get inside the gearbox)
Removing the automatic transmission is discussed in the article - "Removing the automatic transmission"
Install the automatic transmission on the workbench
You will need a Phillips-head screwdriver
Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
The car is equipped with two braking systems - service and parking
Front brake mechanism is disc, ventilated, with a floating caliper and one working cylinder
The brake disc is cast iron, its minimum permissible thickness when worn is 17.8 mm.
Removing and installing the rear brake drum
The maximum permissible diameter of the drum working surface is 201.5 mm
