Removing the steering mechanism from the car

To remove the steering gear from the vehicle, do the following:

Power steering pump for MAZ vehicle with flow and pressure valve

The NSh-32U gear pump consists of a housing 6 (Fig. 1) and two gears placed in it: driving 7 and driven 9, rotating in bronze bushings

Model 182 diaphragm clutch (Fig. 1) consists of driving and driven parts, as well as parts of the clutch release mechanism installed in the clutch housing

Removing the power cylinder from the vehicle

Removal order;

- disconnect the hoses, after draining the oil from the tank;

Compressor capacity at 2000 rpm engine crankshaft - 201 l/min

Remove and disassemble the brake valve (Fig. 1) in the following order:

• - remove the brake pedal release spring and disconnect the brake pedal rod from the lever;
