The central gearbox of the rear axle, after being removed from the car for repair, is disassembled on a workbench 500-600 mm high in the following sequence:
Cylinder Block Disassembly
Remove the sleeves (650.1002021) using tools 1230 + 2334 (see Fig. 1)
Schemes for switching on lighting devices are shown in fig. 1 and 2
The crankshaft is steel, made by hot stamping. The shaft journals are hardened with high frequency heating
Removing the fan drive (see Fig. 1)
Remove the front harness bracket (2) (650.3724142) by unscrewing the fastening bolt and nut
The transverse angle of the king pin of 5˚, as well as the camber angle of the wheels of 1˚, are ensured by the manufacture of parts of the front axle. These angles are not adjustable.
