The system, installed on some of the vehicles, is designed to simultaneously lock all doors when the driver's door is locked with a key or using the lock lock button
When the driver's door is unlocked with a button or a key, the locks of all other doors are also unlocked.
It is possible to unlock the rear door locks and the right front door separately using the lock lock buttons.
Each door is equipped with gear motors for the lock drives, which combine a DC motor with excitation from permanent magnets and a rack-and-pinion gearbox.
The gear motor 5 (Fig. 1), installed in the driver's door, has a built-in switch, the contacts of which are switched when the lock button is moved or when the door lock drum is turned with a key.
When the contacts of the switch are closed, the electronic control unit 2 turns on all the gear motors, which lock the door locks through the rods.
When the contacts are opened, the locks are unlocked by the gear motors in a similar way.
The control unit has an inertial switch that ensures that the doors are unlocked when the car hits an obstacle during an accident.
If the system is faulty, check the fuse, wires and their connections, the control unit and gear motors.
The control unit and gear motors are not disassemblable, and if they fail, they are replaced.
Data for testing the gear motor
The force developed by the actuator at a supply voltage of (13 ± 0.1) V and at an ambient temperature of (25 ± 10) °C, N, not less than 30
The current consumption at the above supply voltage, A, not more than 7
