Disassembly and inspection of the pump
Before disassembly, the pump must be removed from the car, after draining the oil from the pump and cleaning and rinsing its outer surface
Installing the ignition during engine assembly, as well as on engines from which the distributor and distributor drive have been removed, must be done in the following order:
The power take-off (Fig. 1) is reversible, serves to drive the winch and is installed on the flange of the gearbox hatch
The vehicle is equipped with power steering combined in one unit with a steering gear
Steel crankshaft, with hardened journals, five-bearing, with lubrication channels and centrifugal traps for oil cleaning, main journal diameter 75-0.020mm, and connecting rod diameter 65.5-0.020mm (Fig. 1)
The cardan shaft has two hinges. The cardan joint consists of 4 needle bearings installed in the forks and secured with circlips 2, and a cross 3 inserted into the bearings
