Clean all mating surfaces of the block from gaskets stuck and torn during disassembly
The steering mechanism is installed on the left side member and secured through a bracket with bolts and nuts
During engine operation, some malfunctions may occur:

We replace the brake disc if cracks or severe scuffing appears on its surfaces, as well as if it is worn to a thickness of less than 19 mm
Removing the clutch housing of the ZMZ-406 engine is necessary to remove the flywheel and repair the clutch mechanism
The hydraulic pushers of the ZMZ-406, ZMZ-405 engines, made in the form of cylindrical pushers and located between the cam shaft and the valves, combine two functions: transmitting force from the cam shaft to the valves and eliminating gaps in their drive.
If an oil leak through the oil pan gasket cannot be eliminated by tightening its mounting bolts, it means that the gasket is severely deformed and must be replaced.
