Repair of VAZ-2121
Drain the liquid from the cooling system with the heater tap open (see Replacing the coolant)
Remove the hoses from the heater pipes and the seal (see Removing the heater valve).
Removing the air intake box, radiator casing, flexible heater drive rods
Remove the heater radiator with a tap (see Removing a heater radiator with a tap).

Removing the gearbox (article – “Removing the gearbox”)
In order for the clutch housing mounting bolts to be easily removed, tap their heads with a copper hammer.
The oil in the transfer case must be replaced every 45,000 km
The VAZ-2121 gearbox input shaft bearing is pressed into the rear part of the engine crankshaft
Disconnect the negative cable from the battery. We dismantle the air filter housing (see Removing the air filter housing)
