The fuel tank filler pipe and the gravity valve are made as a single plastic unit and are connected to the tank by three rubber hoses of different diameters.
The larger diameter hose is used to fill the fuel, the medium diameter hose is used to vent the fuel tank, and the smaller one is used to drain fuel condensate from the gravity valve into the tank.
The ventilation hose is designed to remove air displaced from the tank during refueling and to remove gasoline vapors through the gravity valve into the adsorber of the fuel vapor recovery system.
When the car rolls over, the gravity valve prevents fuel from getting from the tank into the engine compartment through the fuel vapor supply hose to the adsorber.
When dismantling the filler pipe, the tank must not be completely filled with fuel.
Use a screwdriver to pry up the two clips securing the trim of the right side of the luggage compartment and remove the clips
To access the filler pipe and gravity valve, bend back the side trim.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the clamp securing the hose leading to the adsorber

Loosen the clamp securing the fuel tank ventilation hose to the gravity valve branch pipe

Loosen the clamp securing the fuel drain hose to the gravity valve branch pipe
Removing the hose from the branch pipe
Using a 10 key, unscrew the bolt securing the filler pipe to the bracket on the mudguard.
Open the hatch cover and unscrew the filler cap of the fuel tank.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the filler pipe to the body.
Using a screwdriver, move the rubber seal of the pipe inward.
We take out the filler pipe with a gravity valve.
Removing the seal from the neck of the filler pipe
Install the seal in the body opening.
To facilitate installation, apply plastic grease to the neck and install the filler pipe with a gravity valve.
Further assembly is carried out in the reverse order
