The fine fuel filter needs to be replaced every 30,000 km
The filter condition depends on the quality of the gasoline: the dirtier the gasoline, the faster the filter gets clogged
Jerking when the car is moving, first at high speeds, and then at low speeds, most likely indicates a clogged filter.
The fuel filter is installed underneath the car, in front of the right rear wheel, and is covered with a plastic casing.
Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
If the engine has not started for more than a day, then there is usually no fuel pressure in the system. In another case, you need to relieve the fuel pressure.
Relieve the gasoline pressure, for this:
Open the right rear seat cushion
Bend back the sound insulation and use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the two screws securing the fuel pump hatch cover
Remove the cover
Press the two block clamps and disconnect the wire block
After that, start the engine and let it run until it stops due to fuel depletion.
Turn on the starter again for 3 seconds.
After that, the pressure will be released.
Using a 10 mm wrench, unscrew the bolt and two nuts securing the protective cover.
Remove the fuel filter cover
The arrow on the filter body should point in the direction of the vehicle's movement
After installing the filter, check the tightness of the connections by turning on the ignition.
