If it is impossible to fully open or close the throttle valve by adjusting the throttle actuator or the actuator sticks, replace the throttle actuator cable
You will need a screwdriver.
To visually check the movement of the throttle valve, loosen the clamps and disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the right side of the air supply pipe and the right side of the pipe - from the throttle assembly.
With the throttle cable fully pressed, accelerator pedal (an assistant should do this) check the position of the throttle valve - it should be fully open.
When the accelerator pedal is released, the throttle valve should be fully closed.
Otherwise, the drive must be adjusted.
Remove the spring clip from the slot of the cable sheath tip and move the tip forward in the hole of the rubber retainer until the throttle valve is completely closed, and if it is not completely open, move it backward until the valve is completely open.
Fix the cable tip in the new position by inserting the clip into its corresponding slot.
To replace the cable, remove the safety clip from the throttle assembly sector by prying it up with a screwdriver.
Remove the end of the drive cable throttle valve from the sector groove and disconnect the cable from the throttle assembly
Remove the cable sheath holder from the hole, and the cable retainer from the bracket slot and disconnect the cable from the receiver.
Inside the cabin, remove the cable end from the accelerator pedal pin by prying it up with a screwdriver.
Pull the cable out of the hole in the front shield towards the engine compartment.
Remove the cable sealing bushing from the hole in the front shield and remove cable from the hole in the front shield together with the sealing bushing.
Install a new throttle drive cable throttle valve in the reverse order of removal.
After this, adjust the drive.
