We remove the glove box when removing the instrument panel, and also when it is necessary to provide access to the controller and fuses of the engine management system
We also remove it during other bodywork.
Open the glove box lid.
Lift it slightly and remove the cords from the slot on both sides that hold the lid.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the screw located on the side.
The same Using a screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the instrument panel console.
Unscrew the two screws at the bottom of the box, securing it to the instrument panel console.
Open the lid of the box.
On the left side, unscrew the two screws of the side fastening of the box body to the dashboard console
Unscrew the screw of the upper left fastening
Unscrew the screw of the upper middle fastening of the glove box body
On the right side, unscrew the two screws fastening the box trim
Move the trim away from the box body.
On the right side, unscrew the screw of the upper fastening of the box body.
Now you need to use a short screwdriver.
Unscrew the two screws of the lower fastening of the body box.
Tilt the box and disconnect the wire blocks from the terminals of the glove box light switch
Also disconnect the wires from the light itself
Remove the glove box
Install all parts in reverse order
