KAMAZ trailer brake control valve

The trailer brake control valve with a two-wire drive is designed to actuate the brake drive of a trailer (semi-trailer) when any of the separate drive circuits of the service brake system of the tractor are turned on, as well as when the spring energy accumulators of the drive of the spare and parking brake systems of the tractor are turned on.

During daily maintenance, we drain the condensate from the system receivers after the trip.

Condensate should be drained from the receivers at the nominal air pressure in the system, moving the drain cock rod to the side

The nozzle is used to spray fuel in accordance with the shape and volume of the combustion chamber

The synchronizer for the fourth and fifth gears (Fig. 1) consists of a synchronizer carriage 2, two friction rings 1 and 4, eight locking pins 3 and eight clamps consisting of springs 6 and clamps 5.

Entering into diagnostic mode

The electronic unit is turned on in the diagnostic mode by pressing the diagnostic button 12 (Fig. ) and holding it on for 0.5 to 3.0 seconds, with the ground switch and the starter and instrument switches on ( the lock must be in the “instrument” position)

Power units are designed for operation at ambient temperatures from minus 60ºС to plus 50ºС, relative humidity up to 98% at a temperature of 25ºС, air dust content up to 0.4 g / m 3, as well as for movement car in mountainous conditions at an altitude of up to 4500 m above sea level and overcoming passes up to 4650 m above sea level with a corresponding decrease in power and economic indicators.
