To diagnose the pneumatic drive of brake systems, you must have at least one control pressure gauge and use the control outlet valves available on the vehicle
On KamAZ-5320 vehicles, air enters the emergency brake release circuit (Fig. 1) with the engine running directly from the compressor through triple safety valve 13
As the compressor operates, the cylinder-piston group wears out and the tightness of the valves is compromised
Check the condition and operation of the platform lift limiting valve.
Fasten the lift limiting valve to the subframe crossmember bracket. The valve stem must not be bent.
The TEMS-1 “Vostok” tachograph is installed on the instrument panel and is designed to indicate and record vehicle operating parameters and driver operating modes (drivers during two-shift work)
During daily maintenance, we drain the condensate from the system receivers after the trip.
Condensate should be drained from the receivers at the nominal air pressure in the system, moving the drain cock rod to the side
