Removing and disassembling the GAZ-3110 wiper
Disconnect the wire from the "negative" terminal of the battery.
Raise the caps. Unscrew not completely (so as not to spoil the threads on the rollers) the nuts securing the wiper arms.
Using pliers, pull both wiper arms off the splines of the wiper mechanism rollers and, finally unscrewing the nuts, remove the arms.
Remove the four bolts securing the lower bulkhead panel.
Lift the front of the lower bulkhead panel and slide the panel forward, disengaging the grooves from the mounting studs.
Disconnect block 1 with wires from the holder and disconnect it.
Disconnect the washer hose from the tee.
Remove the lower front panel along with the wiper assembly.
Remove two bolts 1 securing the wiper arm rollers on both sides, four bolts 2 securing the wiper arm and remove the wiper assembly.
Unscrew nut 1 and remove driver 2 from the gear shaft
Unscrew three screws 1, two screws 2 and remove the electric motor with the gearbox from the bracket
Assemble the windshield wiper in the reverse order of disassembly.
Lock the driver fastening nut on the gearbox shaft with paint.
Install the wiper in the reverse order of removal.
Install the wiper arms so that the brushes at rest are at a distance of 10-15 mm from the lower seal.
