Turning off the ignition, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery
Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector
Use a screwdriver to loosen the clamp of the air supply hose to the throttle body and remove the hose.
Disconnect the throttle cable (see Replacing the GAZ-3110 throttle cable).
Drain the coolant (see Replacing coolant in GAZ-3110).
Use a screwdriver to loosen the clamps of the coolant supply hoses
Remove the hoses
Using a screwdriver, loosen the hose clamps of the idle air control and crankcase ventilation and remove the hoses from the throttle body nozzles
Using a 6mm hex wrench, unscrew the four bolts securing the throttle pipe to the receiver
Carefully, so as not to damage the gasket, remove the throttle body
Install the throttle body in reverse order. After installation, you need to adjust the throttle valve drive.
