It is more convenient to remove the front buffer if the car is raised on a lift or installed above a viewing ditch
If the car is on the ground, you need to turn the wheels so that it is more convenient to get to the side mounting of the buffer.
Disconnect the wire from the "negative" terminal of the battery.
Disconnect the fog lamp plugs in the engine compartment and pull the wires together with the rubber grommets out through the holes in the body.
Can be detached at the headlights themselves.
With a head of 12, we unscrew the two bolts of the side mounting of the bumper
Using a 17 key, we unscrew the two bolts of its front fastening. All of them are under the front fenders.
Remove the bumper by pulling it towards you.
In case of replacing the bumper brackets, we unscrew the four bolts of their fastening with a 12 head (two for each bracket)
Remove brackets
Install the bumper in reverse order.
Before loosening nuts and bolts, it is advisable to clean the fastener surfaces with a metal brush and anoint with a penetrating liquid (kerosene or brake fluid or "WD-40").
