The Gazelle family of trucks, cargo-passenger vehicles, and passenger buses (buses) are two-axle vehicles with dual rear wheels, a frame structure, and a semi-bonneted cab. The engine is located longitudinally in the front of the cab. Drive is to the rear wheels or (in the 4x4 version) to all four wheels.
The engine has mod. 406 oil pump is driven from the intermediate shaft, for the engine mod. 402, the pump and ignition distributor are driven from the camshaft
Maintenance of the rear axle consists of:
- - periodically checking the oil level in the crankcase, topping it up and changing it according to the lubrication chart;
