Put the car on a lift or an inspection pit
Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
Removing the front bumper
To remove the front bumper, you need to remove the mudguard for this:
Using a slotted screwdriver, remove the pin 3 securing the shield to the mudguard.
Remove the pin 4 securing the shield to the subframe.
Using a TorxT20 head, unscrew the three screws 1 securing the lower bumper mount
Remove the lower mudguard 2.
Using the TorxT20 head, unscrew the screws 1 of the side bumper mount on the right and left sides of the car.
Move the protective cover of the wheel arch aside and using the TorxT30 head, unscrew the bolts 2 of the side bumper mount on the right and left sides of the car
Using the TorxT30 head, unscrew the bolts 1 lower bumper mount to the subframe
Using a TorxT30 head, unscrew screws 1 for fastening the bumper to the upper crossmember of the radiator frame
If fog lights are installed and need to be removed, then:
Disconnect the front bumper wiring harness connector from the wiring harness connector (as shown in the figure) of the instrument panel.
Remove the fog lights.
Remove the front bumper
Install the front bumper in the reverse order.
Removing the rear bumper
Carry out preparatory operations, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

Using a TorxT20 screwdriver, unscrew two screws 2 securing the cover to the bumper on the right and left sides of the car.
Move the wheel arch protective cover aside and unscrew the bolts 1 securing the side bumper on the right and left sides of the car
Using a TorxT30 head, unscrew the five screws 1 securing the lower mount bumpers
Disengage the bumper sides from the side brackets 1
Using a TorxT30 head, unscrew the eight bolts 1 of the bumper mounting.
Remove the rear bumper
Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
