The vehicle can be equipped with springs consisting of three sheets with an additional leaf installed, or springs consisting of five sheets with additional springs of three sheets

When replacing springs, it must be taken into account that the short end of the spring must be directed forward in the direction of travel.

Check the spring ladders for tightness regularly.

When replacing springs, be sure to replace the rubber-metal hinges.

Remedy

Frequent suspension breakdowns:

- Vehicle overloaded

Do not overload the vehicle

- Breakage of spring sheets

Replace the spring or broken leaves

- Residual deformation of the leaf springs or one of them (the springs “sank”)

Replace the spring or springs

"Breakdowns" are accompanied by a metallic knock:

- The bounding buffer or buffers are lost or damaged

Install a new buffer or buffers

The car "drives" to the side:

- Displacement of the rear axle relative to the spring due to loosening of the stepladder nuts

Loosen the stepladders, put the bridge in place and tighten the stepladders

- Displacement of the main sheet when the center bolt is destroyed

Replace the center bolt

- Breakage of the root leaf

Replace root leaf

Car roll in one direction:

- Breakage of spring sheets

Replace springs or individual leaves
