We carry out the work on an inspection ditch or a lift
Disconnect the fastening of the main muffler to the additional muffler.
Using a 13mm wrench, unscrew the nut of the bolt of the clamp securing the pipes of the main and additional mufflers, holding the bolt with a wrench of the same size.
Remove the bolt.
Use a slotted screwdriver to release the clamp.
Move the clamp along the pipe towards the additional muffler.
Use a screwdriver to disconnect the front suspension cushion from the bracket
Disconnect the rear suspension cushion of the main muffler
Turning the muffler left and right, we separate the pipes of the main and additional muffler
Remove the muffler
To replace the muffler suspension cushion, disengage it from the bracket (see photos 5–6).
Pry up the pillow with a screwdriver, move it along the guides and remove it
We install the main muffler in the reverse order, making sure that the exhaust system elements do not touch the body during vibrations.
