We remove the gas cable for replacement and also when repairing engine components
We move the protective silicone cap from the tip of the cable sheath.
Using two "13" wrenches, loosen the nuts securing the casing of the throttle valve drive cable to the bracket.
After unscrewing the nut, we remove the cable from the bracket slot.
Remove the spring retainer
We remove the cable tip from the throttle drive pulley.
In the cabin, we pry the tip of the cable with a screwdriver and remove it from the finger of the drive lever.
We take out the cable sheath from the rubber bushing of the front shield.
Having pryed the rubber bushing with a screwdriver, we take it out of the shield front.
We take out the cable of the throttle drive
To remove the pedal in the cabin, use a 13 mm head to unscrew the two nuts securing the pedal bracket
Remove the pedal from bracket.
We install the pedal and the throttle drive cable in the reverse order.
When assembling, we adjust the drive so that when the pedal is released and pressed, the valve is, respectively, completely closed and completely open.
