All parts of the boost corrector (BC) to be assembled must be clean, and the rubbing surfaces must be lubricated with engine oil
Wiping parts with a wiping material is not allowed.
During assembly, the diaphragm must be checked for visible damage.
Rivets must be installed on NC 5129 enamel.
Dents, cracks, and warping are not allowed on the plates.
The sleeve must be screwed into the BC body until it stops.
The rod must move smoothly in the sleeve, without jerking.
Jamming and seizing are not allowed.
The stop must be screwed onto the rod by 15 mm and locked nut.
When installing the diaphragm, it is allowed to put the cover on the KLT-75T compound.
The cavity under the diaphragm cover should be checked for leaks with dry compressed air under a pressure of 0.010-0.10 MPa for 10 seconds with wetting the checked areas with diesel fuel.
Air bubbling along the connector of the cover with the diaphragm and the body is not allowed.
Install the assembled boost corrector on the fuel pump regulator body.
When installing the boost corrector, it is allowed to apply the KLT-75T compound to the mating surfaces of the regulator body and the boost corrector body (after degreasing them first) in an even layer over the entire surface of the connector.
