Replacing the engine filter element

But if the car is used on dusty roads, it needs to be changed more often
Periodically between replacements, you need to remove the filter element and clean it of dust. It is necessary to blow with compressed air.
Let's look at how to replace the air filter element:
Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the four screws securing the cover.
Lift the cover and remove the replacement air filter element.
Clean the cavity of the air filter housing and install a new element in the reverse order.
When installing, the corrugations of the replacement element must be located parallel to the arrow marked on the bottom of the filter housing
Replacing the cabin ventilation filter element
The filter needs to be changed after 15 thousand km. But its condition depends on operating conditions. It is advisable to change the filter once a year in the fall.
Using a screwdriver, remove the two plugs for the right windshield trim
Use a “torxT-20” wrench to unscrew the three screws securing the right windshield trim
Unscrew the two screws for the general fastening of the right and left facings.
Remove the right windshield trim
Use a screwdriver to unscrew the two screws securing the filter element cover and the screw securing the windshield washer tube holder
Remove the filter element cover
Press the two latches
Remove the filter element
We mount the new filter element so that the arrow on its label points down and the word “forward” is directed towards the front of the car
Assemble in reverse order
