Using wrenches 12 and 13, unscrew the bolt securing the exhaust pipes to the bracket.

If the bolt does not budge, use a 14mm wrench to unscrew the two bolts securing the bracket to the gearbox.

Using a 17mm socket, unscrew the four nuts securing the intake pipes to the exhaust manifold flange.

We mount the exhaust pipe in the reverse order, having first placed a new gasket on the studs of the exhaust manifold flange

Disconnect the exhaust pipe from the exhaust manifold or remove the exhaust pipe from the engine (see above).

Having loosened the clamp with a screwdriver, remove it from the fitting and move the vacuum booster hose to the side

Using a 14mm socket, unscrew the eight nuts securing the exhaust manifold to the block head

Remove the washers and screen from the studs

Remove the engine lift bracket

Remove the bracket securing the water intake tube

We mount the exhaust manifold in the reverse order, having previously installed four gaskets on the studs.
