We unscrew the supports when removing the power unit for repairs and in case of significant wear
If there is a sudden increase in vibration of the power unit and a change in the position of the engine relative to the body, you need to pay attention to the power unit supports.
To replace the supports, install the car on an inspection ditch or lift.
From below the car, remove the pan protection and mudguards of the engine compartment.
To dismantle the right front support with a 17 head, unscrew the nut securing the support to the front suspension crossmember bracket.
After that, unscrew the nut securing the support to the engine cylinder block bracket with a 17 head.
Place the jack under the oil pan mounting bolt on the right side and lift the power unit
Remove the power unit mount.
Also remove the mount from the other side of the engine, jacking up the engine from the other side.
Install the mounts in the reverse order, taking into account that there is a centering belt on the mount.
This belt should fit into the corresponding hole in the front suspension crossmember bracket
Install the parts in the reverse order
To remove the rear mount, use a 10 mm socket with a hinge or an open-end wrench to loosen the tightening two nuts securing the body floor protection screen.
Using a 10 mm socket, unscrew the nut and bolt securing the front floor protection screen and two nuts securing both screens.

Put an adjustable stop under the gearbox housing through a wooden spacer
Using a 13 mm head, unscrew the nut securing the support to the crossmember of the rear suspension of the power unit, holding the bolt head from turning with a key of the same size.
Also unscrew the nut of the second bolt.
Remove the bolts and remove the bushings
Using a 13 mm wrench, unscrew the two nuts securing the mount to the rear gearbox cover.
Using a 13 mm wrench or head, unscrew the two nuts securing the powertrain rear suspension crossmember to the body bottom
Lower the gearbox so that the crossmember comes off the mounting studs
Move the support off the studs gearboxes
Removing the support from the crossmember
Install the support in the reverse sequences
