Disconnect the battery terminals
Using a 27 wrench, unscrew the drain plug and drain the oil from the engine crankcase. Putting the plug in place
Use the same key to unscrew the plug and drain the oil from the power steering system. Putting the plug in place
Disconnect the plug connector of the front lights and turn signals
Disconnect the wires from the starter
Disconnect the terminals from the generator.
Disconnect the terminals from the temperature sensor
Disconnect the terminals of the switch for the emergency oil pressure warning lamp and the full-flow filter clogging indicator;
Disconnect the pump rack control rod
Place a container under the drain valve and drain the coolant
Loosen the clamps of the upper coolant outlet pipe to the radiator and remove the pipe
Unscrew the coolant supply pipe to the pump, or loosen the clamps and disconnect the pipe.
Disconnect the pipe supplying the expansion tank to the radiator
Loosen the pipe clamp and disconnect the supply hose to the cabin heater
Disconnect the inlet and outlet hoses to the oil coolers
Disconnect the fuel supply and discharge hoses from the injection pump
Disconnect the tube from the compressor
Unscrew the fan mounting bolts and remove it
Using keys 13 and 19, loosen the clamp and disconnect the air duct from the air cleaner.
Unscrew the bolts of the clamps securing the air cleaner to the bracket.
Removing the air cleaner
Bend the locking plates and unscrew the bolts securing the system manifolds we release
Unscrew the front mounting cushions for the power unit
We connect the hoist by the eye bolts
Unscrew and disconnect the cardan
Disconnect the PSU
Unscrew and remove the traverse
Unscrew and remove the frame spacer rod
We hook the hooks of the lifting and transport device to the eye bolts, hang out the engine and, moving it forward, disconnect it from the gearbox
Raise the engine above the frame, turn it to the left 90° and move it to the stand
To move the engine forward more freely, it is recommended to first remove the front cap of the full-flow oil filter
Installation of the power unit is carried out in reverse order.
