Removing the window regulator
Remove the door trim (see the article - “How to remove the trim and front door lock of a Gazelle car”)
Lower the glass to the middle position and use a 10mm head to unscrew the two bolts securing the glass to the window lifter link.
Raise the glass to the top position and fix it (for example, with tape).
Using a 10mm wrench, unscrew the three bolts securing the window regulator
Unscrew the nuts of the upper mounting of the window lift
Unscrew the nuts of the lower fastening of the window regulator.
Disconnect the inner handle rod from the lock (see How to remove the doors and locks of the rear door of a Gazelle van).
Remove the window regulator from the door.
Install the window regulator in the reverse order, lubricating the cables, roller axes and gears of the gearbox with any grease
Replacing front door glass
Raise the glass to the top position.
Remove the door trim.
Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw securing the guide groove (at the end of the door).
Remove the groove from the door.
Lower the glass to the middle position and use a 10mm head (holding the glass with your hand) to unscrew the two bolts securing the glass to the window lifter link.
Lower the glass down (inside the door). Remove the rubber glass seal.
Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw of the upper rack fastening
Using a 10mm socket with an extension, unscrew the bolt of the lower rack fastening
Tilt the fixed glass together with the stand
Take out the glass with the seal.
Lower the stand inside the door and bring it out through the opening
Remove the sliding glass from the door, bringing it out from the outside of the glass frame
Install the glass in the reverse order.
For convenience, remove the exterior rear view mirror trim.
Removing the front door
The door can be removed assembled or disassembled.
Remove the outside rear view mirror, door trim, lock, window regulator and both windows
Use thin pliers to unscrew the door stop roller.
Take out the roller.
Use a 10mm socket to unscrew the two bolts securing the limiter.
Remove the stopper from the inner cavity of the door
Use a wrench or a 12mm socket to unscrew the four hinge mounting bolts
Removing the door
Install the door in the reverse order, lubricating the stopper and hinge parts with any grease.
