The oil in the rear axle gearbox must be changed every 45,000 km
For this work you will need: a 17 key, a 12 Allen key, a syringe for filling, a container for draining the used oil.
You need to drain the oil immediately after the trip, while the oil is warm.
Unscrew the drain plug with a hex key on 12
Drain the used oil.
Then screw the plug back in place, cleaning its magnet from steel shavings.
Unscrew the filler plug with a 17 key
Fill in fresh oil using a syringe to the level of the lower edge of the filler hole and screw in the filler plug
If the oil drained from the gearbox housing is dark in color or metal particles are visible in it, it is necessary to flush the gearbox.
To do this, pour about 1 liter of a mixture of transmission oil with 20-30% kerosene or diesel fuel into it.
Then, having suspended one of the rear wheels, engage first gear and start the engine.
After 2-3 minutes, drain the flushing mixture and pour 1.3 liters of transmission oil into the gearbox.
The oil level should reach the lower edge of the filler hole.
