We prepare the car to perform the work. Disconnect the negative battery terminal

Remove the instrument panel console trim (see the article – Removing the Niva Chevrolet instrument panel manufactured since 2009)

Remove the ashtray from the floor tunnel trim

Removing the Niva Chevrolet floor tunnel trim

Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the two screws

Removing the glove box with cup holders from the tunnel trim floor

Removing the Niva Chevrolet floor tunnel lining

Removing the parking brake lever seal from the tunnel lining

Removing the Niva Chevrolet floor tunnel lining

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw of the rear fastening of the tunnel trim on the left side.

Also unscrew the screw on the other side.

Removing the trim of the floor tunnel of the Niva Chevrolet

Using a screwdriver, pry the cover of the transfer case control lever out of the trim.

Removing the gearshift lever boot

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw securing the upper trim fastening tunnel

Removing the Niva Chevrolet floor tunnel trim

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws of the lower fastening of the glove box and the screw of the front fastening of the floor tunnel trim.

Also unscrew the screw of the front fastening of the tunnel trim on the left side.

Remove the glove box (see the article - How to remove the glove box VAZ-2123)

Remove the screen of the console of the instrument panel (see the article - Removing the instrument panel Niva Chevrolet (2009 and later)

Removing the Niva Chevrolet floor tunnel trim

Lift the tunnel trim, push the transfer case control lever boot and gearbox control lever boot into the trim hole.

Removing the Niva Chevrolet floor tunnel lining

Removing the floor tunnel lining. Installing the lining in the reverse order.
