How to disassemble the rear side doors of a Lada Largus

Preparing the car for work. Disconnect the ground terminal from the battery

Lower the door window.

Fastening the rear door trim: 1 - horizontal glass seal; 2 - door lock button; 3 - inner rear door handle fastening screw; 4 - inner rear door handle; 5 - window lifter handle; 6 - self-tapping screw for fastening the door trim; 8 - rear door trim

Using a T20 Torx screwdriver, unscrew screw 3, Fig. 1, securing handle 4 of the inner rear door and disconnect it from the handle of the lock rod, remove the handle.

Using a T20 Torx screwdriver, unscrew self-tapping screw 7 securing the door trim to the armrest.

Remove the trim and unscrew four self-tapping screws 6 securing the speaker of the acoustic system, disconnect the wiring harness block and remove the speaker (Torx T20 screwdriver).

Removing the window lifter handle: 1 - window lifter handle cover; 2 - retaining bracket; 3 - window lift handle

Pull cover 1 (see figure 2) and window lift handles away from door trim, remove retaining clip 2, remove handle 3.

Overcoming the resistance of the holders, detach trim 8, figure 1, from the door, remove lock button 2 from the hole in the trim.

Remove seals 1.

Window lifter fastening: 1 - rear door glass guide; 2 - rear door glass guide fastening bolt; 3 - window regulator mounting nuts

Temporarily install the window regulator handle, lift the glass, remove the seal from the guide 1, Figure 3.

Unscrew the bolts 2, remove the guide 1 of the lowering glass (Torx T20 screwdriver).

Install the glass in such a position that the bolts for fastening the glass to the window regulator slider are installed opposite the technological holes in the door panel.

Holding the glass, unscrew the two bolts 1, Figure 2, securing the glass clip to the window lift slider (Torx T20 screwdriver).

Remove the glass from the door cavity.

Using a 10 mm socket, unscrew the four nuts 3, Figure 3, securing the window lifter to the door and remove it through the opening in the inner door panel.

Fastening the outer handle: 1 - outer handle fastening nut; 2 - outer handle of the front door

Using a 10 spanner, unscrew the two nuts 1, figure 4, remove the outer handle 2, disconnecting the door lock rods from it (spanner 10).

Rear door lock fastening: 1 - rear door lock fastening bolt; 2 - rear door lock

Disconnect the rod from the lock, unscrew the three bolts 1, Fig. 5, securing the door lock, remove the rear door lock 2 (Torx T30 screwdriver).

Overcoming the resistance of the holders, remove molding 3 (see Figure 6) of the rear door

Rear door fastening: 1 - door fastening nut to the hinge; 2 - door opening limiter; 3 - limiter fastening nut to the door; 4 - wiring harness protective cover

Unscrew the two nuts 3, Figure 7, fastening limiter 2 to the door (shift head naya 10, a ratchet).

Remove the protective cover 4 wire harnesses and the wire harness from the door.

Using a 13 key, unscrew the four nuts 1 securing the door to the hinge, remove the rear door (perform the operation with an assistant).

Installation

Install the units and parts in the reverse order of removal, while:

- lubricate the rubbing parts of the window regulator, the sliding surfaces in the door lock, the door opening limiter, the hinges of the rods and hinges with tsiatim;
- before installing the upholstery, connect the terminal of the “ground” wire to the battery, check and, if necessary, adjust the operation of the door lock, temporarily install the window regulator handle, check the operation of the window regulator, raise the lowering glass up;
- if necessary, restore or replace the sealing gasket on the end of the trim;
- ensure uniformity of the gap between the door and the mating body panels.
- check the car in the scope of the work performed and for compliance with the requirements listed below: the body doors must open and close easily, spontaneous opening of the doors is not allowed;
- when the internal door lock latches are turned on, the latter must not be opened by the external handles;
- the window lift mechanisms must ensure uniform, without jamming, full reversible movement of the lowering windows of the car.
