Replacing the fuel pump of a GAZ-3110 car with a ZMZ-406 engine
Reduce the pressure in the fuel system if the engine has just been stopped.
Disconnect the wire from the "negative" terminal of the battery.
Loosen clamps and disconnect hoses 1 and 4 from fuel pump 3.
Unscrew the four nuts 2 fastening and remove the pump assembly with the bracket from the studs.
Unscrew the two nuts 2 and disconnect the wires from the pump terminals.
To remove the pump 3 from the bracket, loosen the bolt 1.
Install the new pump in reverse order.
Before installing the pump, inspect the pads. Replace defective pillows.

We reduce the pressure of gasoline in the fuel system, disconnect the battery terminals and remove the luggage compartment carpet.
Use a screwdriver to unscrew the five screws securing the hatch cover and remove the cover.
Using a 19 key, we unscrew the fuel line fitting from the fuel intake.
Loosen the fuel pump hose clamps with a screwdriver.
First, we disconnect the outlet hose (high pressure) and drain the remaining gasoline from it into the prepared container.
We also disconnect the supply hose.
Using a 10 key, we loosen the bolt of the clamp securing the pump to the bracket.
Having turned the pump with the contacts down, with a 7 key we unscrew the nuts securing the wire lugs.
Remove the pump from the clamp and pour the remaining gasoline into the container.
If necessary, the pump can be removed together with the bracket by unscrewing the four nuts with a 10 wrench.
Install the pump in reverse order.
When connecting the wires, please note that their tips have holes of different diameters.
