Most of the power supply circuits of the vehicle's electrical equipment are protected by fuses
The battery charging circuit, engine starting circuits, and generator are not protected by fuses.
Fig. 1. Mounting block
The fuses and relays are installed in the block (Fig. 1), which is located in the car's interior under the instrument panel to the left of the steering column.
The internal connection diagram of the mounting block is shown in Fig. 2.
Replacing Fuses and Relays
Before replacing a blown fuse, find out the reason for its combustion and eliminate it.
Always have a set of spare fuses with you.
Do not replace fuses with jumpers and fuses rated for a different amperage, or with a homemade jumper.
This can cause damage to electrical appliances and even a fire.
Unscrew the two screws securing the fuse box cover fuses
Remove the cover and use the plastic tweezers located in the box to remove the fuse
To replace the relay, remove it from the fuse and relay box
Install new fuses and relays in the reverse order of removal.
Removing and installing the fuse and relay box
Remove the two screws and remove the fuse and relay box cover.
Remove the screws securing the box.
Move the block down so that you can access the pads
Disconnect the pads with wires, having previously marked the wires
Pry off the additional unloader relay socket from the block with a screwdriver
Remove the fuse and relay box from the vehicle
Install the fuse and relay box in the reverse order of removal.
Injection system relay and fuse box
The injection system relay and fuse box is located under the instrument panel in the passenger footwell.
A blown fuse must not be replaced with a fuse of a different rating or a homemade jumper.
