Installing the ZIL-5301 battery
The ZIL-5301 battery consists of two paired 12-volt batteries connected in series.
The battery is installed in a special box attached to the vehicle frame.
There are two pistons in the ZIL-5301 wheel cylinder housing, which are expanded by a spring with support cups.
The same spring presses the seals (cuffs) to the end of the pistons.
