Replace the throttle cable if it is stuck or broken
Replacing the throttle cable ZMZ-40522, ZMZ-40524, ZMZ-406
Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
Use a 10mm wrench to unscrew the cable lock nut to the sector
Remove the cable from the sector.
Remove the plastic cable sleeve from the tip.
Use two 13mm wrenches to unscrew the locknut from the cable end
Remove the tip from the bracket
Using a 19mm wrench, loosen the nut securing the cable to the engine shield
Remove the cotter pin from the finger
Remove your finger.
Pull the cable into the car interior.
Remove the cable sheath from the end.
Use a 19mm wrench to unscrew the nut from the tip.
Take out the tip with the bracket toward the interior.
Install the new throttle cable in the reverse order, after putting the bushing on it.
If the tip does not change, then you can not remove it, but thread the cable from the passenger compartment, under the dashboard and pull it out into the engine compartment

Unscrew the nut on the carburetor sector and remove the cable from the sector.
Move seal 1 from the end of the cable sheath, unscrew nut 2 and remove cable 3 from the bracket.
Remove the tip from the cable by removing it from the outer and inner sheaths.
Remove the outer “B” and inner sheaths of the cable from the tip “A” on the front panel.
Slide the cable seal “A” from the end and remove the cable “B” from the coupling “B” through the slot. Pull cable “B” into the cabin.
To install a new cable, insert the cable into the coupling, pass it into the engine compartment through the tip on the front panel and put the cable seal on the tip
In the engine compartment, place the inner sheath on the cable. Insert the shell into the tip on the front panel.
Place the outer sheath on the cable, and the outer sheath over the end of the cable on the front panel.
Install cable end 1 into bracket 4 on the carburetor, securing it with two nuts.
Pass the cable through it, insert the inner sheath of the cable into the tip 1.
Place the outer sheath 3 of the cable on tip 1, seal 5 on the rod and seal on tip 1 of the cable.
Insert the end of the cable into the throttle valve drive sector and tighten nut 2 securing the cable.
